Dely PDF is built with privacy-by-design principles. Your data is precious to us, and we will protect and respect it, always.
1. Main Principle: Your Data, Your Device
Dely PDF is designed to guarantee the security of your files. We assert that:
- We DO NOT upload or store your PDF documents.
- All PDF operations occur locally in your browser tab.
- Your privacy is our top priority.
2. Local Data Storage
For application functionality, we use local storage technologies on your device:
- Local Storage: For preferences such as theme and language.
- IndexedDB: To store temporary sessions and document history locally.
This data is never sent to us and will be lost if you clear your browser cache.
3. Google User Data
How we access and use your data: Dely PDF allows you to sign in with your Google Account to verify your pro subscription status. We only access your basic profile information (such as your email address and name) required for authentication.
How we store and share your data: In alignment with our core privacy principles, we DO NOT store or share your Google User Data with third parties. Your email address is only used to associate your account with your pro status on our system.
Limited Use Requirements: Dely PDF's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Third-Party Transactions & Payment Processing
All payment transactions are securely processed through an authorized third-party payment gateway (Midtrans). Dely PDF does not collect, view, or store your credit card information, bank account details, or other financial credentials. Such data is transmitted directly to Midtrans and is subject to their privacy policy. We only receive and store basic purchase data (transaction ID, email, package status) to grant pro access.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
In accordance with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), you have the following rights over the personal data we process:
- The right to access and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- The right to delete and/or destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations;
- The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
- The right to object to automated decision-making, including profiling.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain basic purchase data (transaction ID, email, package status) for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us; requests are processed within a maximum of 30 business days, unless we are legally required to retain the data.
7. Privacy-First Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate application usage (such as daily visitor counts and browser types). We also send anonymous usage events (such as which tool was used or a checkout step started) to Google Analytics 4 via server-side requests, without loading any tracking script and without setting any cookie. Each event uses a random identifier generated fresh on every page load and is never stored, so it cannot be used to identify you or follow you across visits.
8. Ad-Free & Third-Party Tracking
Currently, Dely PDF is free from third-party ads and does not have privacy-invading tracking scripts.
9. Children's Privacy
Dely PDF is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
10. Transport Security
We use HTTPS/SSL encryption to ensure the application code you download from our server is authentic and safe from external manipulation.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security incident resulting in a breach of your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority in accordance with the UU PDP, within the timeframe required by applicable regulation, along with the steps we are taking to address the incident.
