1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dely PDF, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Dely Labs (Development Team) IS NOT LIABLE for losses arising from:
- Damage or loss of your PDF data/files during processing.
- Modification errors causing documents to be legally invalid (e.g., breaking certified digital signatures).
- Loss of session data due to users clearing browser cache.
- Loss of access or configuration issues within your connected third-party accounts (e.g., Google Account).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dely Labs' total liability for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 100,000 if you are using the Free plan.
3. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Dely PDF provides integration with Google Sign-In to allow you to log into your account and access pro features.
You acknowledge that your use of third-party authentication services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies (e.g., Google Terms of Service).
Dely Labs is not responsible for any connectivity issues or errors caused by these third-party platforms.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Purchases of Dely PDF Pro packages (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) are processed securely through the Midtrans payment gateway. Because pro services are activated immediately and consumable upon successful transaction, all purchase transactions are final and non-refundable. Refund considerations are only made in the event of technical errors from the payment system, such as double-billing for the same transaction. Claims must be reported within a maximum of 7 business days from the transaction date.
5. License & Usage Scope
Dely PDF Free plan features, including all tools available without a subscription, may be used freely for personal, non-commercial purposes by anyone, including individuals, students, and freelancers. The Free plan is not intended for business or commercial use. Business or commercial use requires a Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.
Dely PDF Pro Individual plan is licensed to a single named user and may be used for commercial purposes by that user. Business and Enterprise plans for teams and organizations are not currently available; until they are, teams or organizations requiring commercial use may use the Pro Individual plan on a per-person basis.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Dely PDF for fraudulent activities or forging information in official documents.
Technical processing such as merging, splitting, or rotating files is a legitimate productivity feature, but the integrity of the content and the ultimate purpose of the document's use remain your sole responsibility.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dely PDF at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unlawful use, fraud, or attempts to compromise our systems. For Pro plan users, termination due to a violation does not waive the non-refundable policy that otherwise applies.
8. Browser Capacity & Performance
Since processing occurs locally, the success of the operation depends heavily on your device's memory (RAM) and browser performance. We are not responsible if your device encounters issues while processing very large files.
9. License & Open Source
Dely PDF is built using various open-source libraries. The copyright for each library remains with its respective owner. See the full list at Open Source Licenses.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as of the 'Last updated' date shown on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Legal issues will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
